Summary: We arrived at 10.30am, dropped our bags and went out the receptionist was moody with no smile. Came back around 10.30pm where we got given 2 single bed room. We booked a deluxe room as we were celebrating a birthday and we requested this on booking. Not even a happy birthday on arrival. As we were so tired we settled in, only to find a bug on the bed with hairs. We rang up, nothing was done. The receptionist did not listen and in fact hung up the phone. There was no iron, ironing board or slippers. We were told to go downstairs to collect!!! After my husband went down he agreed to change the room however NO LIFT goes there so had to pack everything up and move rooms. The room was bigger but didnt feel deluxe but as were super tired we took this room. I cant believe they did this as we were only there for 2 nights celebrating a birthday. This didnt feel special thanks to this hotel. Also water and coffee is only given on the 1st day. On check out no questions were asked on our stay. I wouldnt stay here again or recommend the hotel.
